How to speed up running and increasing stamina.


  1. first you have to walk as much as possible so that it brings little confidence.


2. After being waking for a distance  . You have to go to ground and start practicing little bit of excercises to have a relaxed mind and have fit body.
After doing exercise have one round on ground .
After practicing it several times you have to take a deep breath and go to home and have a rest at home .
Next day you have start practicing without drinking water .and you can see that your speed has increased a lot and stamina also .
keep practicing and rest yourselves to get relax .
have a great DAY.
